DO I NEED A NEW SONG?
That is up to you. However, we recommend it. Please email us your MP3 or WAV file as soon as possible. If you ed editing help, please let us know where to cut the music in the body of that email. Send to email@example.com.
WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO BE THERE?
All competitors need to be there no later than one hour before the show. If you are a band, you must be there two hours before the show.
WHAT IF WE ARE A BAND OR REQUIRE SPECIAL SETUP?
All bands are required to set one hour earlier than the normal check-in. Do not mess around. You will only have a short time to set up. All band instruments will stay on stage until the intermission, at which time they must be removed promptly so that dancers may have the stage later in the show. If you want a sound check, you must have everything ready no later than one hour before the show. We will tell you where to set up. The two hour advance notice also applies to circus or othr acts that require special set-up. Sound checks only apply to bands. Singers will not receive a sound check. We have professional sound people who will handle the issues as they arise, if any. If you have question, email us.
WHERE CAN MY FAMILY AND FRIEND PURCHASE TICKETS?

IF I WIN AT STATE REGIONAL FINALS, WHAT NEXT?
Ten adults and Ten youth from all four regionals will go to Denver in October to compete at State Finals.

IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION FEE FOR REGIONALS OR STATE FINALS?
No. If you have paid your $35.00 registration fee (or registration fees for duets and groups), you will not be asked to pay any additional fees throughout the seasons. However, if you have not paid the registration fee when you were accepted or online, you must pay it before July 1 or you will be removed from State Regional Finals, so please, take care of your registration. If you have not paid your registration fee, you can pay it online by clicking the ENTRY FEE button above.
WHAT IF I NEED PRE-RECORDED MUSIC?
Anyone who required pre-recorded background music must have it in to us via email no to firstname.lastname@example.org later than July 15th. After July 15th, you will be asked to perform without music.
HOW LONG CAN I PERFORM AT STATE REGIONALS?
All performances, no matter what the act, is limited to two minutes thirty seconds (2:30).
WHAT IF MY MUSIC EXCEEDS THE LIMIT?
You music or act will have to be edited to that length. If you need editing help for a pre-recorded background track, attach the mp3 to an email it to email@example.com and tell us where to start the music and end it. We will not do complex edits on music, but we will make cuts and fades for you. This does not cost you anything. If you plan to have our team cut your music, it must be in our email no later than July 1.
SHOULD I WEAR A COSTUME?
That is up to you. However, I will say that people who dress to fit their performance tend to get higher scores. Dress for success.
WHAT IF SOMEONE I KNOW WANT TO PERFORM?
Northern and Southern Regions are locked. However, we do have a few remaining spots in Eastern and Western Regions. All entries must be completed by July 1.
WILL THERE BE A DRESS REHERSAL?
No. In competitions, we do not do dress rehearsals. Just be ready, you will do great.
